- UE S2 : Social formation*
⚠ This teaching unit starts in Semester 1 but the notation is done only in semester 2. It is a professional training composed of two courses, the EAMP or Project Management.
- Being and acting in a professional environment (EAMP)
The student will follow a week of training during which he will acquire the tools to work on his personal project (personal assessment, learning CV writing techniques, cover letter, simulation of job interviews) and to prepare his achievement ( a day dedicated to verbal / nonverbal communication- listening). Throughout the year students will have to attend at least three conferences among those proposed by the SOIE (guidance service and insertion of students) under the Instants' Pro.
- Project Management
Voluntary students will be able to form a group and propose to carry out a project during the year. A form will be completed that will outline the project: purpose, possible funding, completion dates, names of participants (between 3 and 5 per project). Project proposals will be submitted to the teaching team at the beginning of the year (September). For the selected projects, the students will have to organize within the group to divide the tasks to be accomplished in the given time. Project management techniques will be addressed in practical exercise. Each project team is followed by a teacher who will follow the evolution of the project avoiding drifts and lost time. These sessions will be an opportunity to identify the place of each student within the group. Examples of Projects: crowdfunding and run organization, realization of a scientific seminar, Meeting with companies of the region, presentation of actions carried out in the context of preventive medicine.
